Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it in store with the original invoice (or digital invoice / order number if purchased online) within:

• 2 days from invoice date for in-store purchases in KSA .

• 14 days from delivery date for online orders

All contact lenses cannot be returned.

All ophthalmic lenses cannot be exchanged or returned.

Items must be in the same initial condition, unworn, in their original packaging and unscratched.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as in the original transaction.

Important note for return of online orders:

If returnable items are bought with non-returnable items, the whole invoice becomes non-returnable.

For orders paid with cash-on-delivery, the refund will be issued to the customer’s bank account within 3-7 working days.

Shipping fees (where applicable) and cash-on-delivery fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Exchange is welcome for in-store purchases including accessories, sunglasses, and optical frames.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange it in store with the original invoice within 14 days of purchase.

Items must be in the same initial condition, unworn, in their original packaging and unscratched.

Optical frames that have already been fitted with lenses can be exchanged for a different model if they meet the above-mentioned conditions.

Customer will bear the cost of the new lenses and the difference in price for the optical frame if applicable.

Important note for online orders exchange:

If you wish to exchange a returnable online purchase, you can return the purchase in store and then make a new purchase towards the desired item.

Progressive Comfort Guarantee

Progressive lenses bought in store can be exchanged.

If you are not able to adjust to them comfortably, you are welcome to visit the store within 45 days of purchase along with the original receipt, and we will exchange them for two pairs of lenses (one for reading and one for distance).

The replacement pairs must, however, be similar to the original progressive lenses in terms of Index, Treatment, Coating & Measurement.
